Since 1995 Heritage Day is celebrated in South Africa on 24 September each year.

This is a day on which all of us in the Rainbow nation celebrate our heritage, each in our own way.

Our heritage is not only our culture and history but also our beautiful country, monuments, places of interest and historical buildings. Why not make a plan this month to take the kids to one of South Africa’s 8 World Heritage Sites!
