ALICE IN WONDERLAND MAD HATTER TEA PARTY

This theme gets "curiouser and curiouser" everytime we do it! :)

We decorated the eats & treats table with black & white chevron tablecloths, a miniature clock, "Eat Me" food picks, tree trunk cupcake stands, red heart confetti, giant playing cards, miniature playing cards, my collection of bunnies and rabbits, coloured glass bottles, black & white cups & saucers with "Drink Me" tags, woven wooden balls, topiary balls, moss stones, green grass placemats, old keys, a vintage Alice in Wonderland book, brass cups & saucers, a woven wooden cup & saucer, "We're All Mad Here" in a red frame and the menu in a black frame.

The teatime treats included assorted muffins, tea time sandwiches filled with ham & cheese, cheese & tomato, chicken mayonnaise and egg mayonnaise, fresh fruit & cheese sticks, chocolate biscuit fudge, "Bread & Butterflies" peanut butter sandwiches, magic mushroom marshmallow cake pops, the Queen of Hearts' cheese bites & biscuits and sweetie cups in a white wooden tray with green grass as well as the Queen of Hearts' red heart cookies in a wooden box.

To drink we served the Mad Hatter's iced tea and berry juice in a drinks dispenser with glass bottles and black & white striped "Drink Me" straws.

Each little guest took home a red playing card party favour box filled with treats.

What a perfect day for a very merry "Unbirthday" celebration!

I say it every time but Alice in Wonderland remains one of my favourite themes and animated movies of all time... This party actually inspired me to watch the movie again, there are so many more elements which I will incorporate next time! :)

We decorated the tea party table with black & white chevron, blue & green tablecloths, miniature clocks, "Eat Me" food picks, odd cups & saucers & cake stands, miniature playing card confetti, "We're All Mad Here" in a red frame, green grass placemats, cups & saucers with "Drink Me" tags, red heart confetti, my collection of bunnies & rabbits (including my latest acquisition, three wooden bunnies with movable limbs, adorable!), playing cards, moss stones, a miniature tea set on a miniature wooden table, coloured glass bottles with "Drink Me" tags, beautiful red roses in a woven wooden cup & saucer, picket fences, moss, a teapot, milk jugs and pink & white striped "Drink Me" paper straws.

We served delicious tea party eats & treats which included Alice in Wonderland picture cupcakes, "Eat Me" cookies in a wooden box, Queen of Hearts' cheese bites & biscuits, fresh fruit kebabs, chocolate biscuit fudge, delicious chocolate brownies, Queen of Hearts' salty puffs in heart shaped bowls, "Bread & Butterflies" peanut butter sandwiches and "Magic Mushrooms" marshmallow pops.

To drink we served Mad Hatter's iced tea and berry juice in drinks dispensers with cups & saucers. :)

Each little guest took home a magic mushroom party favour box filled with treats.

I have so many decor items for this theme as it is one of my absolute favourites!  It takes us longer and longer each time we set it up!  But I love it!

We styled a large eats & treats table which we decorated with black & white chevron tablecloths, pink, blue & green tablecloths, a green grass table runner, beautiful "Painting the Roses Red" roses in a giant teacup & saucer, assorted coloured "Drink Me" glass bottles, "We're All Mad Here" in a red frame, wooden cutlery, odd cups & saucers, assorted bunnies & rabbits, food labels, red heart confetti, red heart food picks, "Eat Me" food picks, green grass placemats, tissue paper pom poms, vintage Alice in Wonderland books, a miniature table & tea set, tree trunk cupcake stands, topiary balls, giant playing cards, miniature clocks, moss stones, teapots and more...

The delicious tea party eats & treats included "Magic Mushrooms" marshmallow pops, sweetie teacups, chocolate biscuit fudge on odd cake stands, Alice in Wonderland picture cupcakes, assorted muffins, the Queen of Hearts' heart sandwiches & red heart chocolates, the cutest radish toadstool salad bowls and "Eat Me" cookies in a wooden box.

To drink we served a selection of fruit juice with "Drink Me" teacups & saucers and striped paper straws as well as the Mad Hatter's Iced Tea.

Each little guest took home a red playing card party favour box filled with treats.

Alice in Wonderland has always been and will always be one of my favourite favourite themes. It is so whimsical and there are so many elements, the more unorganized and colourful the better!

We set three tables with black & white chevron tablecloths, purple & white polka dot overlays, green grass placemats and red, black & white chair covers with red organza ribbons.

The decor included a wide variety of odd cups & saucers, paper doilies, red heart food picks, a whole lot of different wooden, ceramic, wire & moss bunnies & rabbits, giant playing cards, red heart confetti, red & white striped "Drink Me" paper straws, vintage miniature clocks, tree trunk cupcake stands, the cutest upside down rabbit cake stand, picket fences, vintage Alice in Wonderland books, a tea set on a miniature wooden table, old keys, wooden chests, moss, woven wooden baskets, red roses in a giant tea cup & saucer, topiary balls, "Eat Me" food picks and odd cake stands.

The eats & treats included "Magic Mushrooms" marshmallow pops, cream cheese & cucumber sandwiches, a selection of muffins, lemon meringue tartlets and fresh fruit salad cups.

To drink we served the Mad Hatter's iced tea with "Drink Me" straws.

Each little guest received a red playing card party favour box filled with treats to take home.
